The following apartments on the Leidsekade have access to the private shared garden: 98C, 100A, 100B, 100D, 100E, 100F, 101A, 101B, 101C, 101E, 101F, 102A and 102D. Please make sure to follow the usage rules.

Our office hours are:
Monday – Friday 9.00 – 17.00.

For non-urgent issues, please use the form below. This is by far the best way to reach us, as we can easily keep track of any issues.

For urgent issues during our office hours, please call us at 020-2617463.
For urgent issues outside our office hours, please call us at 085-1306283.

Unfortunately, locking yourself out is not included in our services. During office hours you can call us and we will see if we can come by.
Outside office hours we will send a locksmith. The costs are € 75 during the day (9:00-21:00) and € 115 at night (21:00 – 9:00).
