Stagevacature: Social Media & Digital Marketing Stagiair (Internationaal georiënteerd)
Ben jij een creatieve, vlotte en internationaal georiënteerde student met een passie voor social media, AI én vastgoed? Urban Homies, een dynamisch makelaardij- en relocation kantoor in hartje Amsterdam, zoekt een enthousiaste stagiair die ons team komt versterken!
Wat ga je doen?
Als onze nieuwe stagiair ben je van alle digitale markten thuis. Jij helpt ons online zichtbaar te zijn en te blijven. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere:
- Beheren en creëren van content voor onze socialmediakanalen (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Bijhouden en optimaliseren van de website (ervaring met WordPress of vergelijkbaar is een pre)
- Onderzoeken en implementeren van AI-tools ter ondersteuning van marketing, klantcommunicatie en interne processen
- Opzetten, monitoren en optimaliseren van een online advertentiecampagne (denk aan Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Meedenken over onze branding en tone-of-voice
- Ondersteunen bij (inter)nationale relocation trajecten en vastgoedprojecten
Wat zoeken wij?
- Je volgt een hbo- of wo-opleiding in de richting van Marketing, Communicatie, Media, Digital Business of vergelijkbaar
- Je bent creatief, zelfstandig en proactief
- Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Engels (Nederlands is mooi meegenomen)
- Je hebt interesse in of affiniteit met vastgoed en wonen in Amsterdam
- Je hebt gevoel voor trends en weet hoe je online impact maakt
- Je durft initiatief te nemen en denkt graag mee over innovatie (zoals AI-integratie)

Relocation consultant
We are looking for a new colleague!
For our Urban Homies team, we are looking for an enthusiastic relocation manager or rather an Urban ‘Homie’!
You will be responsible for successfully guiding expats to their ideal accommodation. You will supervise the entire process from the first meeting to aftercare. In this, you are responsible for guiding, planning and placing new clients. In this, you have a personal approach and build up your own network. In time, you will be the contact person for your own account. You will help build Urban Homies’ short- and long-term goals.
We are looking for social and enthusiastic people who….
– Have at least 1 year of experience in brokerage/relocation;
– Have proactive skills;
– Are service-oriented;
– Know Amsterdam and its surroundings well;
– Empathy and social skills;
– Excellent English (and Dutch) language skills;
– Strong in project management;
– Preferably have experience in brokerage;
– And obviously be energetic, proactive and representative, as well as willing to grow in a dynamic, sociable and informal team.
– Driving license B is a must.

We are looking for a solid (K) RMT to strengthen our team.
You are responsible for the buying and selling process of Dutch and International customers. You supervise the entire process from the first meeting to the aftercare. You work at the office for this, but you also go outside. You have a personal approach to this and you build your own network. You contribute to the short- and long-term goals of Urban Homies.
We are looking for social and enthusiastic people who …
– Have proactive skills;
– Service oriented;
– A nose for new business;
– Residing in Amsterdam;
– Empathy and social skills;
– Excellent English language skills (must);
– Be planned and flexible;
– Being able to switch well between projects;
– And of course, be energetic, proactive and representative and also want to grow in a dynamic, pleasant and informal team.
– Being in possession of a driving license B is a must.
